I'm trying to get alcatel codes but i keep on getting Dongle auth failed.

This is a problem caused of your internet connection.

Please ensurance that you´re using latest SW version and all is up to date, server is working perfect.

My internet connection is working perfectly,as i'm using other soft that needs internet connection and all is ok.
I'm using alcatel online 1.3 that seems to be the latest one and already have unlocked some alcatels phones.But today i try to put imei or check balance and i get the error.
