I have a question

Does IQ-Box have any support?

I've had the box for almost 3 months and still have not been able to activate the box.

We have emailed from the support site and sent PM to the the supporters and have had no responce

Every time I try activate the box on www.iq-box.org I get this error

"Box serial and activation code doesn't match"

And the serial and activation code are coming from the bottom of the box?

I face same problem with IQ-Box, when i run the software display erron, show download lattest version, but download error.

send your box activation code and serial number thrugh PM .
when i active this on support , i reply you here .

always download latest version of iQ-box sw and be sure your computer date is up-to-date .
