C261 unlock?! - GSM-Forum

Im using standard com cable for c115 and i get this errors:
Phone should be powered OFF
Open serial interface COM1
Please press and HOLD power ON button
Phone detected ...
Error: 40040111
Release power ON button
Error: 40100103

What is the problem?!
