L6 is DEAD- Sending RAMDLD to handset...

I connect to UBL L6. Version 08.D0 R3511_6.01.53.
L6 was in Blank Mode lastly, L6 is totally dead now.
UBL detects L6-Boot. When i try unlock, backup, leave blank, or anything wants different programme hangs on "Sending RAMDLD this handset" (to go out I must to reset Windows 2000).

i tried:
1. if i do "Repair" Windows_2000 hangs on "Sending RAMDLD this handset".
2. i can't write Flash it with 1FF package (anything happens).
3. if i do "Enter Blank" message is "Bootcore version on handset: 0000"
4.when i make tp and run ubl then click on repair tab Windows_2000 hangs on "Sending RAMDLD this handset"
5. Also i try to plug phone directly to PC and not in UBL USB port.

please help

.......sorry for my bad english
