u6 restarting after unlock


after unlock failed with ubl, phone showed code sig error. used testpoint and flashed the phone with 1FF file, phone starts up, goes blank, comes on with no signal, and keeps restarting.
done pds repair with testpoint, still the same.
it will only go into boot mode with test point, if u try to switch modes in ubl it just goes to a white screen.
what do i do now??

Unlock the phone with testpoint,repair pds,then write 1ff file.Problem solved

tried unlocking phone with testpoint - program stops at 'started unlocking sequence'

tried testpoint repair - program stops at reading bootcore version

reflased with 1ff - still the same as above.

what now??

manole as product supporter what is the answer you have also read his problem nothing to say? i don't understand ubl team that how you help us? i hesitated many time before buy this ubl but now no support from your team why. how many are we going to kill phone before you reply us?

May be you don't know YET how to use this tool, so we are here to help you use UBL not to 'kill' phones. This why we created User Manual and we will update as must is required.

Because UBL DO NOT KILL any phones if you respect manual and if your phone doe's not have hardware problem.
And if phone is 'killed', if you know corrected procedure you can bring it back with UBL.

We are not perfect product supporters as you expect, but we improve every day and be sure we give best from us for our customers.
