ubl device not recognise - GSM-Forum

bonjour

ulb : device not recognise on 3 computers..... when i plug my ulb on any computer only the green light is open not the red light and windows tell me that the usb peripherical is not recognised by system...

any idea???

You have damaged hardware. Need to give back UBL to your reseller and will be replaced.

You can place smartcard in jaf pkey reader also,works better than ubl box

this is happend to me once.

but it my ubl fine and working now. i dont know why my ubl is working its self.

In my case, the problem was in the internal USB-A connector in the UBL the one wich is not the "standard" and well known. If I pushed the cable till the end, and kept pushing it would work normally, as soon as I stopped pushing the cable, UBL was disconnected or appeared a message "unknown device" so it was a hardware problem as Manole said.
