if english language selected everythinf ok but if change to arabic language , sent message to other mobile is blank..

ubl can you do sumthing for this

other phone suppots arabic, iv tested it on n95 arabic language

No! Not need fullflashing phone.
I often have the same problem with Russian language. I solve this problem so: I change values of phone flex with "P2KTools v.0.8.6" program. Value which called is "SMS unicide" (at you it unchecked, and it is necessary to make checked).

PS: Flash of phone on which you send SMS, necessarily should be with the Arabian language.

if D&G does not exist in arabic language you can not get it in arabic, very simple !
