V3x key 5 problem after unlock - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have just unlocked a V3x, everything when fine, but the handset now has a problem with the number 5 key which now does not work.

The key did work before unlock, as I made a call from it.

Please can anyone advise.

Unlocking have nothing to do with pressing key 5 that do not work on your phone. Probably this is a hardware problem.

cheers mate, I have tried changing the keypad, still did not work. strange.
