I ordered and paid through PayPal using Manole. PayPal was charged...never got a username or password. Emails to them are returned. Can someone help?

can you tell me your mail for paypal used to pay this?

you also can chk in JUNK box of mail, many users find email with user and pass there.

I can confirm this.
So that before start to send tons of user-pswd email request, please check in Your email spam box, for sure Your email is there.

As many times we alraady said to all, be sure about Your e-Mail address. After ordered check carefully Your spam e-Mail box.
We are sending Access Account to all orders we get processed

After reading a couple of these threads, I decided to register my self to reply to you customers not receiving you log in information. Please always check your spam and junk folder. Also when ordering please make sure you provide the correct email adress or else we have no way to reach you. To know if you provided the correct email adress, you can check if you got an email from Paypal to confirm the transaction, If YES we have the correct email, If NO then you know you provided the wrong email. There is no need to worry, just email us and we will rectify the situation and respond in a timely manner.
