Hello...

I payed delax (my customer) yesterday and My acount was activated today... Before I leave home I just check if connexion was ok by loging in.
But I unlocked no phone I was at home.

When I reach work, I tried to connect software did not connect...
I concact my reseller and he announced me that I cannot connect with two differenct computers, thing that I didn't know otherwise I would not test connexion at home at all.

now I want to unlock phones, but it's not possible.

Could raskal or an other administrator allow me to connect at work rather than at home, please...

dont worry my freind after 14 days u can unlocked phones from urs office cause u can change pc id after14 days

This is not a fingerprit, this is a PC id. As JAVAJOHN said, you can after 14 days change it by yourself in your own GOT controll pannel. If you need 2 accounts, on 2 different machines, please purchase another one, i am sure you can afford it, GOT team made a fair price politics affordable for EVERY ONE.

I unlocked no phone and even didn't try to unlock.
Look into my account you'll see I don't lie.

I didn't read all post before buying, you could put such vital information at got.biz, where we can fnd ressellers.
but not hidden some where in the forum.

Clearly specify it on got website for futur users like price and distributors are easy to find.

during these 14 days I won't unlock no phone, because I don't work at home.
If it 's not possible to resset my PC ID as I never use my accout, close it and my distributor will refound money.

almost no special equipment is needed to UNLOCK phones with GOT

JUST BRING YOUR PHONES( FULLY CHARGED) AT HOME AND THE APPROPRIATE CABLE FOR UNLOCK....
AND OF COURSE INTERNET CONNECTION THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE AT HOME...

SO WHAT IS EXACTLY YOUR PROBLEM DEAR..
A LOT OF MODELS AND BOOTLOADERS ARE UNLOCKED WITHOUT TESTPOINT NOW..
SO WHY YOU COMPLAIN AND ASK FOR A REFUND THAT MUCH????

is VERY CLEAR writen (also text NOTE is in RED):

"Note: In the moment you access GOT server with user / pass, a special computer ID is saved, after that no one will be able to use your account.
It will work only in that computer. IP does not matter anymore since many users have dinamic IP.
However, if you don't want to use GOT with that computer anymore you can reset to a new computer at every 14 days."

So, what you want more clear than this text???

P.S. You can "move" your computer from your home to your office for next 12-13 days and unlock phones at your office (if you are not unlocking phones at home).

Most of them don't want to leave their phones.

And I already paid. I loose a half of a day to go to the post office to pay, and I'm still loosing money.

I engadge in that buissness to gain money, it's the countrary till now.

You can undestand that at least, check my account you'll see if I lie.

Sorry, but we cannot check your account to see if you unlocked any phone, simply because GOT server do not log such kind of informations and because we are not interested in how many phones unlocking GOT users.
About your "fingerprint" solution is so simple:
- You have made a mistake, by loggin from your home PC and now you want to use NOW at your office your account
- Even if you are crying here like a child and an 1 month account is ONLY 19 EUR (so, we will not suggest you to buy another one month account), you can MOVE YOUR HOME PC at YOU OFFICE for next 10-12 days.

As with any other product, you must first READ how to use it and only after that start to use it.

I am sorry but you did not read carefully the way GOT works and we can not be made responsible for this.

The only person you should be upset on is yourself, we do not understand what has all this to do with us. You made a mistake, try to find a solution
yourself instead of blaming us.

There are at least 4 solutions
1. move your office at home
2. move your home at office
3. switch computers
4. buy some temporary account until you can reset your pcid, accounts are very cheap.

Thread should be closed. We already lost too much time for this stupid situation.

We NOT keep data about how many phones was unlocked by any user, and any other kind of unusefull data for OUR TEAM. And that is so simple: because GOT have now thousands of users (also think about 1-day accounts), and we NOT WANT to overflow our server storage.
