V3 R374_G Problem

I had a "bricked" V3 that only was recognized by the PC as S Blank Neptune LTE, with GOT v041 I repaired PDS and now the phone still don't turn on but is recognized as S Flash Neptune LTE, BL 08.23, FW R374_G_0E.40.3ER_A and flex SE8609AXXJ804C.

I've tried to flash it with R374_G_0E.40.3ER_A_LP0039_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0E_V3_0 1_08R_SE8621AXXB1046_1FF.gtc but GOT give the following errors:

Split input file in codegroups:
Processed ok
Establish connection to handset
FLASH Interface established ok
Sending RAMDLD to handset
RAMDLD started ok in handset
Erase flash...
Error: 01120004
Error: 01240004

Please I need to know what are the next steps I should take to recover the handset.

TIA

Using Sure GOT
Select the Motorola Original Files SHX heading
Then the V3 sub heading
Then 0E.40.3ER_A sub heading
Try a flash from there and see what happens

When I try to flash with R374_G_0E.40.3ER_A_LP0039_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0E_V3_0 1_08R_SE8609AXXJ804C_1FF.gtc it still giving me the same errors:

Establish connection to handset
FLASH Interface established ok
Sending RAMDLD to handset
RAMDLD started ok in handset
Erase flash...
Error: 01120004
Error: 01240004

TIA

PD: I've allready tried a 1FF SHX from 'Motorola Original Files' and GOT gives the same error, I don't know how to continue.

When I select 'Unlock' GOT detect BL 0823 on phone and does not make BL downgrade it choses 'Indirect Unlock Method' that can be done with BL 0823, so I flashed BL 0826, select unlock again then GOT downgraded BL to 0823 and I am in the same position before I started.

One thing when the phone has BL 0826 it olny start in flash mode (as with BL 0823 when the screen was blank) but the screen shows 'BL 08.26, SW: R374_G_0E.40.3ER_A, PHONE CODE SIG 35:02:"

@gotsupport

Can you helpme please to revive this handset?

TIA

@stanner_austin

Man don't be mad, I only espect help from anyone and I will be gratefull if that help came from YOU, sorry if I have been misunderstood. I said '@gotsupport' because this is a payed-product support area and is logical that if we are talking about 'error numbers' gotsupport should be answering our questions.

BUT I REPEAT YOU, IF YOU CAN HELP ME, THAT HELP WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATED. (as I do with anyone asking for help in the forums, look at my posts and you should see).

TIA

Here you have attached 07E0, 0823 and 0826 bootloaders.
Make PDS repair first.
After that try flash (use Restore Bootcore button) 07E0.
Now try flash 1FF file.
Attached Files
File Type: zip V3_Bootloaders_Backups.zip (70.9 KB, 170 views)

The same V3 R374 using GOT v0044:

1. Repaired PDS - OK: BL: 0823 FW: ERROR NOT FOUND! FLEX: ERROR NOT FOUND!

2. Downgrade Bootcore to 07E0 with supplied backup: OK Now BL: 07E0, FW and FLEX same as above.

3. Flash a 1FF: The phone still in BL: 07E0, FW: ERROR NOT FOUND!, FLEX: ERROR NOT FOUND!

Any advise please?

TIA

No one have an idea that what is hapening? I think the problem is in the "PDS Repair" function, once I used it flashing any 1FF file is useless because the phone remains in the same status (only wakeup in flash mode).

I've seeing that someones are using MSS repair PDS function to recover their phones (the bad thing is that I don't have MSS). I think the repair PDS function in GOT is not fully working yet.

Still waiting for a GOT-based solution.

BR to all
