Angry V3i Fooked

Just bought 1 month account, read everything possible before making my purchase so I am a bit surprised that that my phone is not supported:

Establish connection to handset
FLASH Interface established ok
Read handset bootcore version
Bootcore version on handset: 0A52
ERROR: Not supported Model/Bootloader!

Nowhere does it say that 0A52 Bootloader is not supported, if so, I would not have spent $25 USD for this application. (Need to clarify, NO WHERE ON THE PAGE WHERE THE PRODUCT IS ADVERTISED AND PURCHASED FROM)

My phone will turn on, show the Moto bootsplash, then turn off. The current SW Version shown by the bootloader is R4441D_G_08.02.05R

What is the solution GOT Support??

Very unhappy at the moment Will I get a refund or am I screwed?

Sorry man but you haven't read very well (it's seems):

HERE is the list of Models/Bootloader supported with "Easy Skip TP" (V3i R4441D isn't in there) and HERE is the list of Updates, you can see that V3i (R4441D) is supported by version 0046 Up to BL 0A.30 (yours 0A.52).

My advice to you:

- First: seems you need to make PDS repair (that isn't problem)
- Second: You Have to make testpoint for your bootloader, but the good news is that is a very-easy-to-do TP (I attached the picture for you), just make TP, select in GOT your model and "Use TP" option, go to "Repair" tab and push "Repar PDS", then if your phone still don't turn on, just flash it with a MP from support.

If you have any doubt in TP making please letme know.

BR,

jepetu

After a few days of dicking around with it, I finally got it to work!! I tried the different V3i models and it finally worked with the V3i R4441_D. My bootloader is now 0A.30.

Thanks for your assistance.
