V975 dead - GSM-Forum

I have a v975. I try to unlock it and after the phone don't power on. it power on only in boot mode whith error 0xDAB. I consult the forum for some solution and I have made repair pds with Got 0.46. after the phone dead. No power on in normal and in boot mode. Now the phone connect with pc only with test point, but when I try to repair pds I have this error. Got support help me?

Establish connection to handset
FLASH Interfacet establishet ok
Boot core version on handset: 0310
Sending RAMDLD to handset
RAMDLD started ok in handset
Read Flash chip type and ID
Flash chip ID detected: 0x00898810
Write PDS zone on flash chip
Error: 3001506
Error: 30090231

What can I do?

please make sure that you are using a fully charged batery.

and no need to open a new thread regarding same subject

i had same prob with a c975. tried many times. changed battery. after 5-10 tries i cud repair pds. done full flash phon os alwrite now

I understand but I can't do pds repair. Can someone tell me what kinde of error is that on the log?
