hi for all
i want to flash my sagem my810x wirh product code 252979937
but when i lunch the software it reconize the driver and the phone but when it roconizinf the phone it say this is the errors
"mobile not compatible the imei rejeté"
note the phone not dead but in case he enter in menu and in other it stay at sagem logo"
any suggestion

Hello i would ask why SMT Downloader always detected as malware ? With mcafee antivirus and many other virus scan.

To all sagmaster team please fix this trouble.

Hello, i dont think its complex script or protection. cause when i use google chrom browser to download the client they say at begain there is malware.

also this problem is in other software of an other box this is not the exact thread
to speak about.

i tray it in 4 différent computer with mcafee antivirus protection

you need to desacteved your anti virus when you download and extract file

after this you can actived your anti virus.

i just want to suggest to added cancel button, cause some time when downloading files and internet connection down soft freeze and cant close it w/o (alt +ctrl + del). and if possible make it possible to download files with generic windows downloader. to use download managers.

hello!
im new in forum!
i just buy it the sagem my850c.
is new in box and is not turn on!
i have it on charger for two days and is not so any charging .
and is not power.
in my country there is not sagem service.
how can i power on my phone?
is there any posibility tha it needs update?
can i do it my self?
i have buy usb cable from ipmarkt.
hope to help me and sorry for my bad english!
