why Sagmaster team have disabled the fonction of extracting code from readed file to unlock phones wich readed via RockerDongle

If it was not clear option not mean that a bug .
Since released latest versions of Direct Unlock Calypso+ HS no need to load dump .

and where is Tp info when connecting phone to soft?

Where you see "Get Flash File" at right side you see "Get TP info" .
