i can not download file from smti box - GSM-Forum

hi Yesterday I bought your smti box.
After the software nod32(anti virus) got remove from your computer Still can not get a file from your site .In the meantime I 'm using firefox.Every time I click on the download button a new page of the firefox opens.And a series of incomprehensible writings are shown to me.
Now I need to file a (my v-65).Please help me advice.
