my-231x can't unlock, can't read flash - GSM-Forum

hi Team i have this 231 sagem but i cannot unlock, flash or read flash
only see this message:
Found Phone, Phone Info:
- Phone Type :my231X
- Phone FW :EJI_IF_081008_1640
- Phone IMEI :354557xxxxxxxxxxx

- NOR Flash ID :0000 0000
- Chip [0] :

- ERROR: OPERATION FAIL, TRY ONCE MORE!

or wrong EGL file...
can you help me?

Please try use COM PORT option for EGold !!

hi
i use only com port for e-gold platform
220,226 work 100% with this cabel but 231 can't work
may be have new chip?
or bug in the program?
