cable: myc-2/4
box: smti

if new board direct unlock, no tp, only one log
try with or without "forced hs device"

if old board connect tp like on smti support
here is another pic if you don't see on support image clearly

With v13.27 all i get is " - MSG: CHECK TP!" after pressing read code. Used to unlock this version with forced hs device before. Connecting TP doesn't work for this version.

After a couple of times "- ERROR: OPERATION FAIL, TRY ONCE MORE!" it worked in forced hs device mode, the phone is unlocked now. Thanks for the quick bug fix!

I have a slightly different problem with myc5-3 using 13.28
Three handsets on Virgin network UK, all identical, brand new, first time out of the box and using a full battery (have also tried with power connector)
First two handsets unlock perfectly on the first try.
With the third handset:
phone reads ok
selected Forced HS same as the others
press Read Code, see "REMOVE BATTERY.." prompt, remove battery and insert again, click Yes
POWER ON PHONE ...Fail!

Tried many times, exactly the same problem every time... any ideas?
