usb device ok

help me please
i have tried different usb ports
i have tried the same on different computers xp & vista
still same problem
is my lovely smti dead

We back to office mnday .
Please chec cristal and cpu
Make exchange cristal and try again use latest smti exe.
If you need make exchange AT32L CPU to new one possible use same cpu from scdr2

if i buy new box how can i transfer my credit ( 52 credits ) from my broken box.

hi, i was thinking if i used another charger on this box could that have caused my box to malfunction (smti device not found ) if so how can i fix this.
all lights come on when connected and usb is ok !!!!!!!!!
i've uninstalled and re installed still the same.
hope someone can help me

Recheck system & try with another usb port !
As last test to be sure that problem is external try with other Pc !
