jovy re-7500 problem with lap top motherboard


hello all
i have jovy re-7500 and problem with siemens, asus motherboard ...
on 150c motherboard is bent, i use pcb support motherboard from jovy but not good solution !!

how to fix this problem ?

The warpage is caused by direct heating to one location where other places on the board are not heated. The RE7500 lower heaters are not large enough to heat entire board. RE8500 has sufficient size and with lower power on upper heater the warpage should not happen. On boards where this is an issue there should be extra preheat time.

Hey Borjan , do BT Heater preheat in fast reflow up to 145c 150c then reflow position , this is just BT Heater , then do Fast reflow UPHeater until the temperature rise to 225-230 leadfree , 185-195 leaded.... no Bend
