Member: 20953 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 94 | something is wrong with ULTIMATE SAM software!! Everytime I have to waste my time trying to get this clip working... I have to change COM port number or reboot a few times ... yesterday I tried to unlock A736 and the clip was Freezing at : CLIP ID= xxxxxxx Version v2.15 that's all ... it stops there. I have to disconnect everything then reboot to make it work (I restarted windows twice, the first time it still did not work) spending more than 20 minutes trying to get the software to communicate with the phone is REALLY not worth it for me! Same phone was unlocked by Nspro in less than a minute! if I'm the only one with these problems then maybe I have a defective clip... I bought it from Ipmart.com |

Member: 129308 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 17 | just unlocked a z500 working perfectly no problems......perhaps its the way it has been installed.....dont worry guys ..start again from the begining dump everything you have downloaded software etc re do again.....the ultimate sam guys will get it sorted out for you..this is a error at youre end not theres i beliave you will find out...dont panic try again ,then if not get it going im sure they will come back and offer you 1 to 1 help....customer service is the best for this clip.....wait and see. |
