connect phone on usb port,is at com 16,press direct unlock the praogram start by reading nvm tnen unlocking phone,then it shows imei on 00000000000000 then writes nvm back,and it says "operation succesfull" tried with another sim card but is still locked, is there any other procedure to unlock this phone??? or we still have to flash it like before.

I got just the same problem.It says phone unlocked and operation done but still phone says "Invalid smartchip" but the phone imei is ok.
Has this soft been tested before public release?
(Question goes to ULT team)

just flashed it with an unlocked flash file and it all worked fine.
