What firmware version do you have in your phone? Turn the power off, then back on again. When the phone starts to display "Searching for network", enter *#9999# - on the screen that appears, the top line will say something like:

34FDGAD87A38-38

The number after "GAD87" is the firmware version number - in this case A38. If this is over A22 then the cracked unlocker won't work. You can either find someone with a newer unlocker or downgrade the firmware, unlock, then upgrade it again.

If the firmware version is OK and you are using a data cable (rather than a flashing/unlock cable) then try insulating pins 4 and 10 on the phone and trying again.

well the codes will work surely....and if u dont know what u are doing then dont play with your phone..... Panasonics are not for newbies...if u dont want to make ur phone a dead toy then dont play with it ...take it to an experienced unlocker instead......
