Repair DEAD Panasonic - free solution


REPAIR SOLUTION for Dead Panasonic GD35-75-92-93-95 and ... :

solution for phone with BGA or no BGA chip

you need :

- 1 dead phone and 1 worked phone
- hot air station and soldering station
- PC with cable
- software use WinMoDo with language pack

Steps :

- desolder from bad phone flash chip
- desolder from good phone flash chip
- solder in BAD phone works flash chip
- connect good phone with cable to PC
- run WinMoDo with GANG mode
- starting upload
- when you see in LCD : Flash loader - disconnect cable from phone
- in display you see Flash loader and phone frezee
- phone in FLASHING MODE !!!!
- YOU NEED DESOLDERING FLASH CHIP FROM WORKED,
POWERED AND FREEZED in flash mode PHONE !!!!!!!!
CAREFULY !!!!!!!!!!!!!
- DESOLDERING GOOD FLASH CHIP from BAD phone (phone still avaible in flash mode)
- SOLDER BAD FLASH CHIP in BAD PHONE
- PHONE STILL in FLASH MODE
- connect phone with cable to computer
- press OK
- you see uploading process - erasing 7-10 minute and flashing
- :-)) smile


P.S. use Winmodo with option writing BOOT, MAIN and LP flash

my expirements - 6 bad flash chip - only way reprogram on LabTools 148C or 48 but i repaired over 50 phones.

yes. is BGA.

P.S. when i repair dead Panasonic phone - i can with smile solder/desolder 200 item BGA chip, and NO SMILE, NO ..... with TSOP chip - examply GD93.

Actually my question is, do you have to involve hardware repair just like the gd35 etc... or just plain flashing phone with software.

for repair Panasonic need :

Hardware :

- hot air station
- solder iron
- PC
- PC cable for Panasonic
- microscope (optional)
- good charging battery

Software :

- WinMoDo 3.09
- flash file - main and language

P.S. when i working with phone i solder contact battery to plate. i use no original battery, but for Sony J5 is very good.

WARNING !!!!

if you lost original flash chip , you lost eeprom area !!!!!!!!!!!! and when you solder another flash chip, repeat repair procedure and power on phone - phone no powered !!!

if you accuratly remove flash chips - BGA ball is very good and no need reball with BGA tools.
