hwk upgrade problem

Hi,
i have this problem :

Upgrade log:

First of all Never post your Hid and Box Serial No. on Forum or your HID will be Blacklisted and you will never be able to upgrade again.
I see you are using 2.0.5.0 version which upgrade server will not accept since now update client version is 2.0.7.0. You can download latest support suite version from here and then upgrade your HWK- http://sarunasoftware.com/supportlogin.html
Disable your Firewall and close your Antivirus, Uncheck Asia before upgrading.

Don't forget to press "Thanks".

i have HWK original and i workking in 2.0.6 and 2.0.7 and 2.0.7.1 and 2.0.7.2 after iam formating pc

Dear , HWK update and setup successfully complerte but when i connect box then show ...unexpected exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR:32. What is the problem . Plz reply me

Either your HWK HID is not forwarded to Saras by your Reseller or your HWK is clone. Contact your Reseller if you have original HWK and ask him to forward your HID to Saras to add your HID in server.

Contact your Reseller for this, it's your ufs box problem. Ask him to repair/replace if under warranty.
