I have sent your code to the provider for verification as you requested and received the following code: 4531755704195424. The code has to be correct, if you still have problems you must create a video in which these steps: the phone IMEI when you press *#06#, the moment when you enter the code in the phone (with the error you get), the logo of the network the phone is locked to should be visible on the phone and anything else that will prove the phone is locked to the Bougye Telecom network!

now time is over after 48h , phone already returned to customer and i have lost my credis , for mr no prob to loss credis but not loss my customer .

but what about SAGEM ????

About sagem what exactly? You always have a bad habit of starting 10 different topics and in each of these topics you ask for different things. I can't stay and read all the topics you create as you feel. Learn to use a forum, start writing in a topic regarding your subject instead of posting all over the place. This is the reason why your problems don't get solved, because no product supporter will know where to reply to you. He can reply in a topic while the other 10 will remain unanswered, because it is a waste of time to answer in all of your topics and so your problems remain unresolved.
