If code has already been entered 5 times then your phone cannot be Unlocked and you will lose the credits if you order the code. If its shows (5) next to the lock then it's ok, but if it shows (0) means counter is blocked block, in this case you will not be allowed to enter the code in the phone. The option showing "X" next to it is the one locked. So, if the counter is blocked, it is not possible to refund, even if you make video, so please check very carefully before ordering.
