I requested a unlockcode for my Apple Iphone 3gs locked on 02 UK.
Yesterday I got my e-mail that my phone was unlocked, but when i connect the phone with itunes, i still get the message that I must put the original simcard in the phone.

Send job to VERIFY, this iphone is reported STOLEN and is blacklisted. Be careful what you send next time.

How are you sure that the phone is STOLEN?
And why should i than verify the imei?
Could i get my money back if the phone is stolen?

Lucky that the phone is not of me but from a customer

I can't tell you that until supplier receives the IMEI.
Send the job, if the phone is blacklisted send to verify and get your credits back.

i have same problem, client says iphone is unlocked but i get the same message like post #1. i did now send the job to verify.

no offence, but how the phone can be reported as stolen, but still can make updates and is still locked?

if is stolen, then they will block the phone do not work anymore (locked or unlocked).

in my opinion this is a wrong answer

That's what supplier tells me, that's what I tell you.
I don't work for Apple so I have no idea how they do things over there.
