MB200 - How to put code

I bought the code, and server sent me code, but I dont know d process to input the code.
The phone is asking for motoblur login and pass. Also its in airplane mode, cant change it

power on phone witout sim card

a promp will opened
enter received code
if not.that means counter blocked.so put non accepted sim from 1h up to 8 h then repeat procedure above
