How many times must waiting for RPL file!?!??!!?!!?

My customer is very very angry!!!!

i am also have same problem

i tell supporter and he tell me no way ,must wait wait

and about 1-2 day this is not real time

i think this team dont konw meaning of time when write in program 2 day and that is not real

also we cant cancel jop

what we do ????

the problem was from nokia all server was have problem and i think you get your file today

This is correct, delay is caused by Nokia and we have no control over it.
Your files should arrive starting from today.
