Wait for allgsm send imei for check to supplier. If come same code, you have to make a video proof of non working code and credits will be refunded. Make sure that in video it can see IMEI of phone, code and message error.

PS: make an 308 field backup first. In this way if you put 3 times wrong code you can flash it and leave phone in good condition. And post here what message of error you get. "not allowed" or "incorrect code".

Our supplier says it's the same code so the code must be correct. As Daeron said before, you have to make a video proof of you entering the code in the phone where we can also see the phone's IMEI, the error message you are receiving and also, if possible, the logo of the operator you say your phone is locked to.
