Pantech C810 - GSM-Forum

Please am having problem with this phone ...Pantech C810.

Its locked to AT&T. Got code from Allgsmserver , but when i put in sim it says phone blocked and asking me to put PUK.
Anyonw with Idea of what i can do to unlock this phone....i already have unlock code (simlock or network code).
What's it with this puk its asking for ....???

I got a phone Pantech c810

need help.
I get the following on the phone:
this device is locked . enter your device password and click unlock.
to make an emergency call , click menu -cancel , then, dial

These phones are not very well supported since there are problems with entering the codes for them.
Please don't add them to the server unless you are 100% certain that you can enter the code once received.

The PUK code has to do with the sim card. Try another sim card and it should not ask you for puk
