I buy 30 logs for setool server. In the job status is nothing. This 65 credit is pending from yesterday. Is INSTANT this server? Is not, i want my credit back!!!!

You will get them today, there have been problems with the setool server. This has nothing to do with us and we can't anticipate it and write in our server INSTANT, except 08.04.2008 when the setool server will be down.

Unless you buy credits so we can create a new account for you in the new server there can be no activation code.

All the jobs from the old webhosting server are uploaded to the new one as we speak.
This is why some jobs have not yet arrived, they will start coming once the process is complete.

The delay you speak of was because our previous webhosting provider had problems and the codes wouldn't arrive, or you would get those garbage messages.
Now we've moved to a new provider and this one isn't causing us anymore problems and the codes will arrive fast again in the new server as well.

the ACTIVATION CODE....is simple, this server work whith no problem, for code of ACTIVATION, insert code of DEFAULT how the phones, but of 8 numbers and work good, but...BUY CREDIT, because NOT WORK.

I can't really understand what you are saying, but if you are trying to tell us that the client will work with a "default" activation code then you are very wrong. It will open, but you won't get any jobs since all the codes will be encrypted.

Sometimes server are unavaliable because we make a backup or and upgrade/maintenance. This happens only few times and for a short time.
