Atrix pls look into this case,

orange lock
was posted 2 days ago, credit deducted but status as at tody shows credit spent and the code advice is yet to be sent to client or recieved via email
pls check status please

That is not possible, as long as the credits are deducted then the code is in your history.
Check your history and you will find it there.

its showing not in server in d history but credit not returned, but spent

Next time please do a search for "not in server" because I have answered this 100 times.
Do this:
Reset your activation code: Support -> Personal Info -> Show -> Reset Activation, make sure you use the code you received in your e-mail the first time your account was created. Then the client will ask to restart - do this.
Go in the installation folder of the client and delete all the files in the FINISHED JOBS folder, here: /program files/allgsmunlock/finished jobs
After you have done this, select HISTORY from the menu in the client then click SHOW. You will see a list of ticket files, you need to click download for each of them and all your completed jobs will be there.
