more than a week now stll waiting for activation code.
it apear on screen like this:
a welcome screen will appear within 48 hours after purchase. if it does not,call customer care to check your account status.
please try to find forme solutions?

sir, that at each time u but the phone off it ask for the same thing;
that is MENU +L.
sir any solution for that?

You should check that the phone are actived.
As I know, there aren't any way to full activated that phone without original sim.

All the information I could find regarding this problem says that you need to contact the operator who sold this phone, to have this problem resolved
