suddenly ask for activation code, pls hlep! - GSM-Forum

hi support,

Today i want to used my allgsmunlock software but when i try to open it the activation screen pop up, it want me to enter the activation code. I wonder why this happen because all the time i just double click the software it will just open and my username and password are all save in there, now look like i have to enter activation code, can you please advice me what can i do to restart my software again. My username is：changalex, i hope my details is save when i get into my account so please tell me what is my activation code for it and why it suddenly ask me to enter activation code? will it reset the password that i had save in there? if it delete pls tell me what is my password is because i think i forget it already, your prompt reply is much appreciated, thanks in advance
