That's because supplier was unreliable and service was removed.
We always said it's BETA, and no it's not available at all.

As to me to unblock iphone3gs (orange romania).I do not understand as it to make by means of your unlock client?It needs to be downloaded?

iPhone Orange Romania is not supported.
