What happened? Was getting correct K1 unlock codes and then it stopped!
 

So, just over a week ago, the server was providing correct codes, here is an example (Notice code is 16 digits):

No friend, here is nothing wrong: Is special script, when MOTOROLA have code with 16 they is sended in server, when codes is with 8 digits in server is send 8 digits !

I have paid a total of 10 credits for these two IMEI. You know that I have even spent 9 credits on a single Motorola code in the past if I needed it in a rush and the Motorola server was closed for the day.


I need help or I would like a refund.

Right now, why have I spent 10 credits? You have provided two codes that do not work. So what do I get out of these 10 credits?
Talk to your provider and find out why it was working previously and then it stopped now. They must know! Look at my IMEI: 35920601002XXXX. It received the correct unlock code! Ask your provider how they were able to get that code. Also notice that the IMEI is very similar to the other two K1s. So I get a working 16 digit code. And then 2 fake 8 digit codes.

If there is an alternative method to enter the code in the phone, please provide it. I'm sure there is a solution as you have provided 55 working unlock codes to me. Maybe you should cancel the Motorola service for K1 phones if you cannot provide the correct information?

you just have to input first 8 digits when subsidy code is asked by the phone, i have unlock many motorolas with 8 digits codes, luck

The new Motorola K1 phones require 16 digits unlock code. You can see how that one worked because it had 16 digits.

Maybe I can receive a screenshot from the K1 that received the correct unlock code and then the screenshot from the wrong codes. I will try to see what is the difference in the result.

I know it must be an error with the Motorola server or script as the IMEI of the phones are too similar. If the IMEI of the phones were very different, then I'd understand there is a problem. But you can tell from the IMEI that these phones are from the same batch, so why did 1 phone receive the proper 16 digit unlock code and then 2 other phones received incorrect, non-working codes?
