There is problem with your driver installation or your USB port has short circuit. Try in some other PC.

Ren, i've tried in 2 other pcs, same problem, i've also called 2 different pc tech's, they could not solve problem, instalattion of a device like this is very simple, I bet this device has a problem otherwise it should be already installed, if u have other idea please contact me. thanks

Ren what else should i do? return this or there's another solution, since i've done everything u said!! one more thing i got a web cam plugged it in and it's working with the same program as the tornado microscope, so it makes me think the program is ok as well the driver! thanks

Need to change usb cable, I've solved similar problem by changing the usb cable, if your reseller is near then is better to ask him for support otherwise take care while soldering correct wires on pcb.

Problem is solved, by resolding resistors c7, c8, and also resolding usb wires.

Hi, i am having problems with the defaults compaigns Web Page URL Type. The other type work fine. They are not being shown.
