As the phone hadn't powered on properly after flashing operation it means that it was flashed with a wrong firmware. Try flashing phone with the motus-02-0.4.9-super*******-customer-secure_Retail_Indian.pcf firmware version and post results in this thread. Also, please post here what was signed at the screen of the phone when you've received phone. Was there some info about firmware version?
