@ RICKY great,

In order to be able to help we need to know what had happened to the phone and it's original firmware version.
For Android based Motorola phones it is not suitable to flash any firmware to get it revived.

Best Regards

@ RICKY great,

According to the log file you've posted flashing operation completed successfully.
As the phone hadn't powered on properly after flashing operation it means that it was flashed with a wrong firmware.
Try flashing phone with the motus-02-0.4.9-super*******-customer-secure_Retail_Indian.pcf firmware version and post results in this thread.
Also, please post here what was signed at the screen of the phone when you've received phone. Was there some info about firmware version?

Best Regards
GSMServer team
