I have one w362 wich was restarting when sim card inserted.I flashed it with
A96.1.0.07_IndiaReliance3in1.sfl firmware with scout but flashing stopped at around 96% giving error.Now mobile is not powering on fully it just shows
Flex Code DL Err? on. It is now not recognise with usb also .How should I solve this problem? Please help,
First it's firmware was A96.1.0.16.

What exact error message SCout flasher shows you when "flashing stopped at around 96%" ?

Downgrade firmware is not recommended for any handset.

This is only firmware that was available for reliance IINDIA .I do not remember exact error message.Is there anyway to connect handset with p.c i.e test point or boot mode?

Try to flash the phone once again. And show log of the operation here.

when I try to flash with same version it shows following errors
SCout 1.16. Flashing "W362(A96).alpha" on "COM37/460800" with firmware "G:\New Folder\W362 reliance\A96.1.0.07_IndiaReliance3in1.sfl"...
Initiation...
Press target power on...
Sending download command...
Sending application version...
Sending unlock command...
Timeout waiting for command reply
Check connection between PC & phone
& process stops. mobile switching on & off after few seconds .what should I do now?

I tried with W362(A96).beta but same result.It stucks at Sending unlock command... only .Is there anyway to bypass this command? or is there any other way to flash it?

Thanks a lot Mr. mcande for all your help.I solved my problem by flashing with DM tool.

Where do I get W362(A96).beta? I flashed and the phone is dead -- only "phone hacked!" comes up on the screen, with emergency calls enabled.

If flashing will not solve the problem then I'm afraid there is no way to solve it for now.
