For flashing purposes Compal (Calypso) models require to be connected to PC USB via flashing cable with built-in virtual COM port emulator. In this case the handset driver is not required. Cable driver is only needed to be installed. As soon as the driver is installed, the virtual COM port will be added to the system. Usually it will be the port of the highest number.
