e398 after upgrade to rokr software - GSM-Forum

hi, all.
i have this e398 blinking. but when i enter the bootloader it appears that this phone already upgraded to rokr software

Boot Loader
07.D0
SW Version:
R373_G_0E.30.6FR

and i can't solve this problem using this scout dongle...
is there anyone can help ?

Seems you need to repair pds and then full_flash the handset.

this dongle doesn't have that function......

Yes, SCout is flasher. Use Smart-clip, S-Card and Smartmoto for this operation.
