Breaking news!
Update your Multibox easier, simplier & faster with new update tool 2.0. Dear customers! We were working hard on updating the server and now we are glad to inform you that we have succesfuly coped with the task! We have got pleasant news for our clients, who faced problems with updating (for example,Tunisia, port 9999 was closed) Multibox! It is successfully solved! Now you can make updates with update tool 2.0.


Please, pay attention, most of the programs, that were checking upcomings on the server are also updated! Previous soft is invalid!

Don't forget to make update!

i did solve my box problem. thanks to multi-box team but i m still having problem on software. says "connecting server error" when i start any software. i m a newbie so dont know why this is...

Ok, The Box Are Succefully Connected To Server.
But The Prob Now Box Not Updated And Still there Connected Without Any Thing. I can't Unplag From Cable. Maby Box Will Be Damaged.

somtimes soft hung, so just close it and retry again :)

I have same problem ,connecting to server ok, but nothing after that.....:confused:

For all tunisian users hwo are seccufully make an update for thier box's, can you post here a screan shot chowing that.

You did something wrong.. We have tested it all day it was working good.

You need read FAQ section guys.
- Update allowed 1 time only
- If you have runed Update tool v.2.0 - you will have "U." on you Led box, and you have 1 attemt for box update if it will not work no need to try more. You need to ask for update from us.
- When you get it - you need reconect your box and tool and only after that you can try again other ways it will not work.

P.S. NO NEED TO TRY UPDATE BOX 1000 times.

Or simply check your firewall if your connection work perfect.

It hangs while displaying "connecting to server" wht could be the problem? u can run this update from any folder of any drive or it has to reside in C:\multi-box foldesrs? pls inform? my antivirus is disabled as well!

Sure coz regtool not at support. And you dont need regtool if you have already registred box. This is just for new users:

Now my box is dead after trying to update it with tool v2.00 and v2.1
When plaged in usb cable only power led. No leds in screan and in jack and don't detected by my PC.
What can I do?

You cannot kill box with opdate. You can kill it just with USB port, or USB cable. Try on other PC if not detect - contact your reseller and change the box.

2. You are not looking for solution - you just want to cream. So in this case I cannot help you.

Yes, go away bad box.

Also I can tell you why it can happens - if you want I can show you logs from server ... toooo many attemts to make update, one by one.
We told too many times - updated can be done 1 time only - if you don't have success - NO NEED TO TRY EVERY 1 minute make new update - it will not help. So you see a result now.

I don't cream, I'm not so stiped to do faults. I just read all: FAQ, solutions, tools ....
And I'm not a biginer in this states. My box work like a charme in first. But that happened after trying to this update.
You cannot help me coz you con't do it. Correct me if I'm wrong????

If you got dead box all what I can do - is repair it like I did before for other custumers ( you can ask them 0 they are in forum hre also ). If your box cannot be detected - that mean cannot be repired online. So solution is you will get other box from your reseller coz you have 6 month warranty - or you will send it to me for repair and I will send you back it.

I can't inlvested for another box. I will try to repair it here in tunisia better to send it to you. If my box can't repaired, I will forget one named Mlulti-Box.
That's all I can do.

i have repaired my box. but strange is after update with v2.1 i unpluged then replug not again "." now please dont tell me read faq coz i have followed everything but got dead box.

i cant send mail every 5 min, dont i????
