Big Big Big Problem To Update Multibox !!!!!!!!
 
Dear Multibox,

When I tried to update my multibox, it always come up with message as below:

Ready...
Box require update!
Connecting to update server...OK
Ready...
No data...
Timeout!
Box Reboot error!
Connecting to update server...OK
Ready...
No data...
Timeout!
Box Reboot error!


When I tried to ask your Online Support and leave message there, IT IS ALWAYS OFFLINE!!!!!!! I never get reply:mad:

When I tried to ask you this question on your SUPPORT FORUM, you DELETED MY QUESTION!!!!

Are you actually trying to COVER UP UPDATE PROBLEM in MULTIBOX ??

We are genuine user and buyer for your Multibox, Why do we get into such trouble just to get Multibox working?

All we want is to get Multibox updated and working.CAN YOU ACTUALLY HELP OR NOT ?

It is true that all guy's sit for multi-box support is very arogant and stupid ... their reply everytime not pass from "READ FAQ" it is almost a year that i have bought MultiBox but I only flash Sendo and Unlock few Alcatel phones no more but i can see there are many phone the box supported but becuase of bad support and stupid reply i can't use my box anymore and keep it in the drawer.

So if anyone would like to buy my box i will sell it for $200 including shipment.


This is happpened because of Multi-Box neglgency.

Update by itself is nothing unless users use it and give thax for their return.

I know what the problem is and the FAQ wont help anything and I know the solution is! (to reset my multi-box)
which took 5 sec but they prefer to delete my post rather than read my email and solve the problem!!!

u know why we suggest to read Faq first !! cause we don't know if we are talking with a professional or a beginner ...

after read faq u can contact support via email (as a second step that must be done)

if no answer from support u can post ur problem here in forum (with detailed+screen capture if possible)...

if u can't solve problem using these 3 steps so that's mean that ur box is damaged so the final step is to contact reseller .

u have to know also that we can't answer a question already answered, every day we delete posts contained question asked many many many times and also answered many many many times.

I know this because in this forums there is a lots of people have the same problem and the solution is for them to reset it!!! and my main point is rather than deleting the post first isnt it better to help the user first??

u have to know also that we can't answer a question already answered, every day we delete posts contained question asked many many many times and also answered many many many times.

so if a post was deleted that's mean that answer exist in forum, so just use search

Finally, Multibox Team reset my Multibox today. I am able to update now.

However, somehow I still don't understand why does it have to take 2 days and countless requests JUST to get my multibox reset on the server?

It is just simply quicker to solve problem by resetting on the server rather than deleting my requests, replying on my further requests, asking me to read FAQ thing which I already read of course.

What are talking about? I am online all the day. It is not my mistake if you didnt understand english and didnt make a correct request. IS easy for you start claming us here - but box update problem can be fixed at 2 minutes if you will make a correct request, so no need to cry here.

I recently had twice the same problem in a short time after each other.
As GSMTricks said I read and thied the things which are placed in the FAQ.

These weren't problem solving, after that the only I did was placing my serial at the online help, telling I tried what what was written in the FAQ.
Within the hour everything was ok after I updated my box again.

So in my opinion MB Team is doing very hard to help every customer a.s.a.p.

100 points for them :P
