Arrow BIG PROBLEM WITH ".","-" err and Multibox OFFLINE SUPPORT


I have big problem with one multibox witch enter in ".","-" err every day. My resseler said to me "It`s internet problem connection" but i made update and i use box with a computer with no internet connection and the same problem. One time I succeed talk with online support because last week is offline and said to me"You may use the box through PCI slot - this will solve power supply problem - and box will not die" but the box is conect directly in usb port of mothebord and i change the power of the computer with a termaltec real power 450w .

I`m disparte because i pay for my box and i don`t used! Please help me!

And edit ur user indentification; send pm to MBox support as chat is offline !

Believe, this step wud help in sorting out to fix problem of the MBox.

I made this! I make more update at box. But in not normal to make update at 1 day and now multibox chat is offline!! last week!!.

I am online at minimum 6 days per week at least 18 hours every day. So, no need to talk about offline support. Even if chat is offline - I am checking mails every 10 minutes.

We are trying but we are not telepats. He just need read FAQ.

My box is "dead". Show only "." and not working.

Solution? - > That`'s heppens after the power problem in PC. You unplug the cable when software was in use. When you see only "." that mean that the box now is temporaly dead - you need to make the update for him. You should try to do next:
1. Read this cearfully: http://www.multi-box.net/faq_article.php?article=59
2. Try to make update 1 time only. If all is fixed - no need to do more update. If update was not comleeted - that's mean that you have a problem with your internet connections ( firewalls, antivirus, internet provider has closed 9999 port ). Do not try to make the update too many times ( if box is "dead" ) - server accept only 1. So, if you cannot update the box you should send your serial box number to us ( also e-mail, name of reseller ) via: "support chat", support forum or e-mail and we will accept the new update for you.

As I told I am online all the day even in night time I am online - and all that I need to know is serial number - as long it will take time to get - as lont waiting for new update will be.

So the fastest way for all - conact us, no need to wait few days, if chat is offline - conact me via ICQ, Sonork, MSN or e-mail. Just make a correct request and all will be fixed in few minutes.
