Box serial change to 01010101 ??? - GSM-Forum

Please i have new box, she worked very well 5 days, now i got this on update tool :
I wanted to unlock a philips 630, but i see this

Box SN: 01010101 HW ver:1.1
Last update on: 18.02.2007-19:17
Box require update!

when i click to update :

Ready...
Box require update!
Connecting to update server...OK
Ready...
No data...
Timeout!
Box Reboot error!

Anyway to solve this please !

Thx, i forget to tell you i have only dot diplayed on box, and update is impossible now

It doesnt matter what do you have now on LCD, I am sorry of this but your box needed to replace - is dead. Please contact your reseller and ask abouot exange.
