i received alcatel ot c550 permanently blocked (contact operator service)
i can read codes but i can't make unlock or defaults values
i receive no data messge
please help

select model c560 or try via boot mode, use also latest Philips Tool v.8.1

Just look to conector and you will understand - you have this cable already in your set.
