i have unlock 1 alcatel c635 wiht multi but unknow id.i have read backup flash 16mb but i cant send it with e-mail.i need internal pinout to unlock it with bootstrap mode.thanks!

Send this file from Free File server (www.rapishare.co, depositfiel, etc).

And send link to support mail!
