can not access support area - GSM-Forum

Dear sir any time I want to access download area I get this "Warning: fopen(http://http/user_downl3.php?uid=3341...pid=&msg=&srt=) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! in /var/www/multiboxp/multi-box.net/user_downl2.php on line 25"
Can't connect" please what does it mean? it started only yesterday.

same probl. i go to multibox.net page, select support area, support files...and...nothing, blanck page.... the suport docs, and forum work's...whatt is the problem????? this is happening for 2 days!

yesterday i chated with the support and they said they where upgrading the support area
it seems to be a big updat they said it will be ok today but now i tride to enter with no luck i think it could take to the end of the day hope to be a great update as we always have from the support

I told already yesterday - some problem with ISP provider. We are looking now for solution. It will be fixed very soon

To all how don't understand what we sayd:
Now we have some problem with ISP internet provider - it will be fixed soon. No need to post all time same.

P.S> anyway it is working now. So check it.

Support inaccessible for 3 days in Cherkassy, Ukraine.
Tested on 4 different Internet providers.
